How do I contact you?
Please reach out to us at hello@sevenlanternlane.com. As a small, mom-owned business, we aim to respond within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days.

Do you have a physical store?
We don’t have a brick-and-mortar location, but you can shop directly on our website. Our headquarters are based in the Clemson, South Carolina area.

Who owns Seven Lantern Lane?
Seven Lantern Lane is owned by Lauren Greenwood.

Do you design all your products?
Lauren Greenwood designs all of our Seven Lantern Lane branded products. We do offer products from other companies, such as shoes and bows. Please check the "Vendor" section on the product page to confirm whether the item is a Seven Lantern Lane original or from one of our other suppliers.


Shipping & Returns

What are your shipping costs?
Standard shipping is $7.99 via USPS, including tracking and insurance up to $100.

Need your order in a hurry? Contact us at hello@sevenlanternlane.com for a custom expedited shipping quote.

Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Returns must include delivery confirmation or tracking. We’re not responsible for items lost in transit. You can opt for a prepaid return shipping label from us; a $7.50 fee will be deducted from your refund. Prepaid labels are not available for Instagram or Facebook orders.

When will my order ship?
Seven Lantern Lane-designed items typically ship within 24 hours, though it may take up to 5 business days. Items from other suppliers, like shoes and accessories, may take longer.

Will my entire order ship together?
Seven Lantern Lane items will ship together, but items from other suppliers (e.g., shoes, accessories) may arrive separately.

Do you offer local pick-up?
We don’t offer local pick-up at this time, as our warehouse isn’t open to the public.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. However, bulky items may not be able to ship to PO Boxes.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to U.S. addresses. Effective February 2023, all orders shipped to freight/package forwarders are considered FINAL SALE. No refunds or returns will be accepted, and Seven Lantern Lane is not responsible for any damages or lost items.

Where is my order?
All orders include tracking numbers. Be sure to provide your email or phone number at checkout. If your order shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to hello@sevenlanternlane.com. We’ll help you file a missing package claim. Allow up to 10 days for USPS to resolve the issue.


Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of shipment, provided the item is in its original condition. You’re responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using delivery confirmation or tracking. A $7.50 fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our prepaid shipping label.

Note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How are returns processed?
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-14 days for processing once we receive your return.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?
We’ll resolve any issues right away! Just email hello@sevenlanternlane.com, and we’ll make it right.


Payments & Orders

How do I use a promotional code?
You can enter a promo code at checkout in the “DISCOUNT” box. Promo codes must be applied at the time of purchase and can’t be added after the order is placed. For issues with codes, please contact us before placing your order.

How many promo codes can I use per order?
Only one promo code can be used per order.

How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status by logging into your account or by emailing us at hello@sevenlanternlane.com for an update.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be accommodated within a limited time. Contact us right away, and we’ll do our best to help. If you cancel an item purchased with a coupon, you may not be able to use the same discount again.

Why was my order canceled?
We may cancel your order due to issues like product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Wholesale orders must be approved—filling out the wholesale contact form doesn’t guarantee approval.

What size should I order?

What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes from 3 months to size 6 for boys and girls, though availability varies by item.


Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale accounts?
