How do I contact you?

Do you have a physical store? Where are you located?

We do not have a physical brick and mortar store.  You can purchase our items directly from our website.  Our headquarters are in the Clemson, South Carolina area.

 

Who owns Seven Lantern Lane?

Seven Lantern Lane is owned by Lauren Greenwood.

 

Shipping & Returns

What are the shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping for all orders. Our standard shipping is via USPS and is shipped with a tracking number.  Our USPS shipping is not insured. If you would like your shipment insured please contact us before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information to be refunded. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Website customers may opt for a prepaid shipping label emailed from Seven Lantern Lane. When using our prepaid label $7.50 will be deducted from your refund. Prepaid labels are not available to customers who purchase via Instagram or Facebook.

When will my order ship?

Items typically ship within 24 hours but can sometimes take up to 5 business days after your orders are placed.

 

Will my entire order be shipped in one package?

Typically, yes, your order will ship in one package. If you place multiple orders to the same address within 24 hours we reserve the right to ship your orders in one package.

 

Do you have a local pick-up?

No, we do not allow for local pick-ups.  As much as we’d love to meet you, our warehouse is not open to the public.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! We ship United States Postal Service to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that large packages or bulky items may not be able to ship to a PO Box.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to United States addresses only. Effective February 2023, any order being sent to a freight/package forwarder will be considered FINAL SALE. There will be no refunds or returns accepted when orders are going to freight forwarders. Seven Lantern Lane will not be held responsible for any damages or lost items that are shipped to freight forwarders. 

 

Do you ship to package forwarders or freight forwarders?

Effective February 2023, any order being sent to a freight forwarder will be considered FINAL SALE. There will be no refunds or returns accepted when orders are going to freight/package forwarders. Seven Lantern Lane will not be held responsible for any damages or lost items that are shipped to freight forwarders. 

 

Where is my order?

All of our orders ship with tracking numbers. Please supply your email or phone number at check out to ensure your tracking number is sent to you.

If you order shows it was delivered and you have not received it please email hello@sevenlanternlane.com.  We ask that you reach out to your neighbors to see if they received your order by mistake.  Once you have asked your neighbors, we will file a missing package claim. Please allow up to 10 days for USPS to find your missing package. 

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

Please email hello@sevenlanternlane.com if there is an issue with your order.  

Seven Lantern Lane is happy to accept exchanges or returns for merchandise under these circumstances: 

  • Items must be returned in the same condition for a full refund.
  • Merchandise must be exchanged/returned in its original condition and received within 30 days of shipment.
  •  Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information to be refunded. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Customers may opt for a prepaid shipping label emailed from Seven Lantern Lane. When using our prepaid label $7.50 will be deducted from your refund.
  • All Sale Items are FINAL SALE - no returns or exchanges will be accepted
  • Credit Card Returns: If a credit for the merchandise needs to be issued, a credit for the value of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.  NOTE: Please allow shipping time plus 7-14 days from the time your exchange/return is received to be processed.
  • All exchanges will be credited via the original form of payment. A new order will then be placed and billed to the original form of payment unless instructed to do otherwise. If an exact replacement item is unavailable for exchange, you will receive an email or notification by phone.

 

What happens if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

We will work to resolve this problem immediately. Please email hello@sevenlanternlane.com so we can make it right.

Promotional Codes

How do I enter a promotional code for an online purchase?

Promotional codes can be entered in your cart in the DISCOUNT box during the checkout process. Promotional codes can only be applied at the time of purchase and are not able to be added once the order has been placed. If you are having trouble with a code, please email hello@sevenlanternlane.com BEFORE you place your order.

Please note only ONE code can be applied to an order. You may find some codes are applied internally such as the Buy More, Save More.

 

How many promotional codes can be used on a single purchase?

Only one promotional code may be applied per transaction and all terms and conditions associated with the promotional code must be met in order for the promotional code to be honored. You may find some codes are applied internally such as the Buy More, Save More.

 

Orders

What is the status of my order?

You can easily check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking the My Orders tab or send us an email at hello@sevenlanternlane.com and we will be happy to update to your order’s status.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We fill orders extremely fast, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short. Please email us if you need to make a change and if we can accommodate you, we absolutely will.

Note: If you cancel an item purchased with a coupon code or special promotion, you may not be eligible to receive that discount again.

 

Why was my order canceled?

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. 

We must approve all wholesale accounts that place wholesale orders. You must fill out the wholesale contact form. Not all wholesale accounts will be approved.  We do not wholesale to online retailers. We do not allow bulk purchases on our retail website for the purpose of reselling. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we deem it is not for personal use.

 

Sizing

What size should I order?

Please refer to each product for measurements. They are listed in the description of the item.  If you have any other specific sizing questions please email hello@sevenlanternlane.com. You can view our general size chart here.

 

What sizes do you carry?

We typically carry 3 Months through size 6 for boys and girls, but availability varies by item.  

 

Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

As of February 2023, we offer very limited wholesale accounts.  If you are interested in being added to our wholesale waitlist please fill out this form.

We do not allow bulk purchases on our retail website for the purpose of reselling. Seven Lantern Lane's website is for personal orders only. Suspicious orders may be canceled at our discretion.
